This patient had the size and weight of the breasts reduced. She also had a lift, where the shape of the breasts is raised and shaped in a more rounded fashion. This means less "droop" and a better shape and comfort with or without clothing.
Sometimes surgeons perform a lift only- where extra skin is removed but no breast tissue. This is for patients with droop, but not much breast volume. This a more common procedure after weight loss or pregnancy related changes in the breast shape.
In this case, we achieved much lift as well as reduction and have a beautiful outcome and happy patient. No implants were needed
