Correcting a bump in the nose rhinoplasty surgery

There are 3 main ways to reduce a bump in the nose and make it more straight.
Dr. Suzman prefers using a device called the Piezotome, which only the leading plastic surgeons in the world use. It is less traumatic than the old-fashioned techniques that most doctors still employed.
Occasionally a device called a rasp is needed which is a metal device with sharper edges which allows for smoothing out the bones of the nose. Less frequently a bump in the nose can be removed with something called an osteotome which is a sharp metal device which is used along with a mallet to cut through bone.
Obviously it takes great skill in years of training for surgeons to master using these techniques to create his great nose with a beautiful outcome. The best plastic surgeons inthe world are skilled and using this combination of art and science. Fortunately some of Dr. Suzman's best nose job results have had very little bruising swelling or pain.
