Not Ready for a Facelift- but want to see some real improvements?

The optimal way to smooth out loose skin of the neck and jawline and lift and fill the face is with a standard facelift ( deep plane, SMAS lift, facial fat grafting) as developed and pioneered by Dr. Suzman over 25 years of practice. Many patients do not feel ready or able to undergo a facelift, so we simply focus on the first to phases of our unique Phase Lifting protocol: Skin preparing and then limited facelift techniques under local anesthesia with oral sedation in our Greenwich, Miami or Upper East Side NYC procedure suites.
Phase 1: Skin Preparation is customized for each individual based on skin type, condition, age and the season. The basics include retin A or other biochemical skin rejuvenation creams along with anti oxidant DNA repair with peptides and lapachol by RescueMD. We them target the skin surface with either a chemical peel such at TCA 30% or a Halo laser for resurfacing and collagen stimulation.
Over time, you skin will have improved smoothness, fewer fine lines, and reduces red and brown spots. When you are ready, we are off to Phase 2.
Phase 2: The limited neck lift approach achieves about half of what a full face lift can do, but in less time with less risk, less anesthesia ( and lower cost). In about two hours. using oral medication like alprazolam and ProNox inhalational, you will be relaxed and ready to have a local anesthesia lift. We use a targeted limited skin and minor deep plane lift, Renuvion energy tightening of the collagen of the skin from under the skin, and then fat transfer from the hip or tummy to the cheeks, lips and jowls, nano fat to fine lines and eyelids. By hour three you are at your own home, taking it easy for 2-4 days, then you are ready to start living normally. Bruising and swelling may take a week, and the results improve over 6-18 months as fat grafts grow and replenish volume and skin nourishment and Renuvion skin tightening progresses.
Our patients have been universally delighted, and they can still undergo a full facelift in the future (though many do not need it!)
